The Horibillies – Horrible Rockabilly Punx 2012

by Johnny Slam, Featured Blogger, Slams Reviews

The Horibillies  play a blend of punkabilly that is more punk than billy and at times just plain (punk)rock. These young Hungarian upstarts have a bit of a rep for being damn good live and word was that their debut album could be killer. That said “Horrible Rockabilly Punx” is a solid effort  with 13 tracks that rock out pretty good.Highlights include:”Devil In These Guys”,”My Red Socks”,”Drinkin’ All Night Long” and”Attack Of The Space Invaders”. If your looking for some punk with tinges of billy this would be for you. This a fun ,solid and likeable album but is not full blown-in punkabilly
