What would a photographer from Slovenia know about Rockabilly and Pin Up Girls? Well based on his photos we would say everything, perhaps even more than his American counterparts.

Bostjan Tacol, from Ljubljana, Slovenia is one of those photographers that takes a subject that is already beautiful and makes them shine in such a way that is unforgettable. This graduate of The University of Ljubljana has accolades even from Playboy Magazine who recognize his talent which is clearly shaped by his love of the 50’s, retro, and vintage.

Bostjan is one of the few photographers who we can’t wait to see who he shoots next. Based on these photos I think you would have to agree.

About Sad Man's Tongue: Rockabilly Bar & Bistro - Prague

We are a Bar and Bistro where old school meets the new school, dedicated to preserving the roots of rock and roll and it's modern adaptations as well as preserving the cultural identity of our neighborhood through our food, the the principles of the slow food movement. A little bit of rockabilly and retro combine with the kustom kulture of today, in an atmosphere devoid of Pretension.
