The Pin Up Photography Of Slovakia’s Richard Palkovič

Vintage Pin Ups by Richard Palkovic (1)by Sad Man’s Tongue. Photos by Richard Palkovič

Slovakian Photographer Richard Palkovič has a real eye for candy. Pin Up candy that is! In addition to unlimited genres that Richard seems to have mastered, we came across this wonderful set of photos.

It would seem that even in Slovakia the pin up art of Gil Elvgren has made an impact. In this series Richard pays homage to Gil Elvgren in some wonderful photos recreating some of Elvgren’s famous artwork. While some have a modern twist, clearly one great artist has captured the essence of the other. And who could complain about these lovely Slovak girls? Bot us! Looks like we will be taking a trip to Bratislava this year.

Enjoy this sexy set to the rhythms of Southampton’s own Black Kat Boppers “Little Pig.”
